PLAYING GOLF A good place to
test your game is
at the local pitch & putt. Several courses can be found online
or listed in the local
yellow pages.
These courses are shorter, making them
ideal venues for beginners. You'll do better
playing a pitch & putt course where expectations match the level of play.
If you play a full sized course with strangers, let them
know that you are a beginner. Chances
are, you'll be made to feel welcome, because everyone knows how hard it is to start
playing golf.
